The posting

Voor een 16-jarige leerling uit het SO (3e jaar Arbeidsmarktfinaliteit) zijn wij op zoek naar een geëngageerde leerkracht Tijdelijk Onderwijs aan Huis voor een opdracht van 4u/week in de regio Aarschot.

De leerling volgt momenteel geen lessen op school omwille van psychische kwetsbaarheden en staat op de wachtlijst voor een overstap naar het buitengewoon onderwijs. De begeleiding vindt plaats aan huis en wordt afgestemd op haar noden, mogelijkheden, interesses en toekomstperspectief.

Het doel van deze opdracht is niet uitsluitend het aanbieden van een klassiek lesprogramma. De focus ligt op het opnieuw creëren van een schoolse context, het versterken van motivatie en toekomstgericht denken, en het ondersteunen van de leerling haar persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Daarnaast kan er, waar mogelijk en wenselijk, gewerkt worden aan leerinhouden uit de algemene vakken van de arbeidsmarktfinaliteit (tweede graad), afgestemd op de interesses en onderwijsbehoeften van de leerling.
