FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf in Wetteren zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde logistiek medewerker.

Heb jij ervaring met de heftruck, werk je graag in een logistieke omgeving en hou je ervan om ervoor te zorgen dat goederen op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats terechtkomen? Dan kan dit jouw volgende uitdaging zijn!

Wat ga je doen?

Als logistiek medewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse goederenstroom. Je zorgt ervoor dat inkomende goederen correct worden ontvangen en opgeslagen en dat de productie steeds tijdig over de nodige materialen beschikt.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • ontvangen en lossen van inkomende goederen, grondstoffen en hulpstoffen;
  • controleren en op de juiste locatie stockeren van de ontvangen goederen;
  • tijdig bevoorraden van de productie met de nodige grond- en hulpstoffen;
  • verwerken en intern verplaatsen van afgewerkte producten;
  • goederen klaarzetten voor verzending;
  • laden van trailers met uitgaande goederen;
  • ontvangen, stockeren en beheren van etiketten;
  • etiketten tijdig klaarzetten voor gebruik binnen de productie;
  • controleren of de fysieke voorraad overeenkomt met de voorraad in het systeem;
  • meehelpen met periodieke stocktellingen;
  • uitvoeren van maalactiviteiten voor een correcte en efficiënte verwerking van productieafval;
  • zorgen voor orde en netheid op de werkvloer.

Tijdens je werkzaamheden hou je steeds rekening met de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuregels.

PROFIEL Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die graag praktisch en logistiek bezig is en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn of haar werk.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je ervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving;
  • beschik je over een geldig heftruckattest en kan je vlot met een heftruck werken;
  • heb je een basiskennis van de computer;
  • beschik je over een basiskennis Engels;
  • werk je graag samen met collega's en communiceer je vlot;
  • kan je ook zelfstandig je taken uitvoeren;
  • ben je leergierig, gemotiveerd en neem je initiatief;
  • werk je nauwkeurig en heb je aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit;
  • ben je bereid om voornamelijk in dagploeg te werken;
  • stel je je flexibel op om bij vervangingen eventueel in een vroege of late ploeg te werken.
