Ben jij technisch aangelegd en werk je graag nauwkeurig? Dan is deze functie als machine operator slijpen iets voor jou.Na een interne opleiding ga je zelfstandig aan de slag met het slijpen en controleren van glas.Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en vakmanschap centraal staan.Wij bieden

  • Contract van onbepaalde duur.
  • 40u/week met betaalde inhaalrust volgens PC 115.04.
  • Uurloon volgens barema en ervaring.
  • Ploegenpremie vroege ploeg: € 1,0891/uur.
  • Ploegenpremie late ploeg: € 1,2706/uur.
  • Maaltijdcheques van € 6,58 per gewerkte dag.
  • Kledijvergoeding van € 0,50 per werkdag.
  • Tussenkomst woon-werkverkeer via sociaal abonnement en/of fietsvergoeding van € 0,32/km.
  • Na vaste aanwerving: AXA-hospitalisatieverzekering met voordelige aansluiting voor gezinsleden.
  • Mogelijkheid om na 6 maanden anciënniteit deel te nemen aan het bedrijfsfietsplan via fietsleasing.
  • Interne opleiding zodat je het productieproces volledig onder de knie krijgt.
  • Je komt terecht in een enthousiast team met ruimte voor zelfstandigheid en initiatief.

Werkuren

  • Vroege ploeg: maandag t.e.m. vrijdag van 04.00 tot 12.00 uur (betaalde pauze).
  • Late ploeg: maandag t.e.m. donderdag van 12.00 tot 20.30 uur (betaalde pauze) en vrijdag van 12.00 tot 18.00 uur.
  • Maximaal 2 onbetaalde rookpauzes van telkens 10 minuten.

Hospitalisatieverzekering gezinsleden (bij vaste aanwerving)

  • Kinderen tot 21 jaar: € 12,43 per maand.
  • Volwassenen vanaf 21 jaar: € 28,24 per maand.

Wij vragen

  • Technisch en logisch inzicht.
  • Ervaring met het instellen van machines.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, mondeling en schriftelijk.
  • Goede computervaardigheden.Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je kan werken in een vroege en late ploeg.Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
