Dit is een wereldspeler in innovatieve systemen voor grote bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten wereldwijd. Vanuit het EMEA-hoofdkantoor in Nazareth-De Pinte ondersteun je een internationale supply chain die actief is in Europa, het Midden-Oosten en Afrika. Voor het Supply Chain-team zoeken we een analytische en gestructureerde Materials Assistant die voorraadbeheer, forecasting en supply planning combineert in een internationale context.

Jobomschrijving

Als Materials Assistant zorg je ervoor dat voorraadniveaus optimaal afgestemd zijn op de klantenvraag en de bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende internationale stakeholders en speelt een belangrijke rol in voorraadoptimalisatie.

Concreet:

  • Je bewaakt en optimaliseert voorraadniveaus zodat klanten tijdig beleverd worden.
  • Je ondersteunt de planning en coördinatie van de bedrijfsvoorraad binnen verschillende regio's.
  • Je bereidt rapportages voor de maandelijkse Global Inventory Meetings voor.
  • Je werkt samen met Product Management en Sales om forecastmodellen verder te verfijnen.
  • Je ondersteunt Supply Chain Management bij voorraad- en bevoorradingsstrategieën.
  • Je analyseert voorraadniveaus van afgewerkte producten en componenten en formuleert verbeteracties.
  • Je analyseert overtollige en verouderde stock en werkt actieplannen uit om deze te reduceren.
  • Je volgt internationale zendingen op en grijpt in wanneer afwijkingen ontstaan.
  • Je analyseert wekelijkse voorraad-, service- en OTD-rapporten (On Time Delivery).
  • Je monitort dagelijks stock-outs binnen verschillende vestigingen en onderneemt corrigerende acties.

Must haves

  • Bachelor diploma.
  • Ervaring als Inventory Planner, Supply Planner, Materials Planner, Inventory Controller of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Goede kennis van supply chain- en voorraadbeheer.
  • Ervaring met forecasting en planning.
  • Goede kennis van ERP-systemen.
  • Sterke kennis van Excel.
  • Vloeiende kennis van Engels.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in een internationale omgeving.

Nice to haves

  • Kennis van Nederlands en andere talen.
  • Internationale supply chain ervaring.
  • Kennis van voorraadoptimalisatie en inventory control.
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële of technische omgeving.
