Ihre Aufgaben – vernetzend, organisatorisch, vielseitig.

- Sie planen und steuern die interne und externe Kommunikation – vom Magazin und Newsletter sowie Website bis zur Social Media Strategie. - Sie verfassen Pressemitteilungen, Stellungnahmen und redaktionelle Beiträge. - Sie organisieren Veranstaltungen, Tagungen und Netzwerktreffen, die Impulse setzen. - Sie bauen tragfähige Netzwerke auf und entwickeln bestehende Kooperationen weiter – lokal wie grenzüberschreitend. - Sie vertreten die Interessen unserer Mitglieder/der ostbelgischen Wirtschaft in Gremien, Ausschüssen und Netzwerken. - Sie betreuen unsere Mitglieder. - Sie übernehmen nach Absprache die Vertretung unserer Geschäftsführung.

Ihr Profil – engagiert, kommunikativ, zukunftsgewandt.

- Sie bringen ein Studium oder Ausbildung (im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikation, Marketing oder Journalismus) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Unternehmen mit. - Sie haben eine hohe Affinität zur Wirtschaft. - Sie haben einen guten Zugang zu digitalen Medien und Social Media. - Sie arbeiten strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und mit einem hohen Maß an Präzision. - Sie sind kontaktfreudig, kommunikativ und mobil in der Region unterwegs. - Sie treten souverän auf, sind durchsetzungsstark – und stets verbindlich im Ton und Inhalt. - Sie denken in Lösungen, begegnen Veränderungen offen und lernen gerne dazu. - Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Französisch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
