Wie zijn wij?

Future Solutions specialiseert zich in rekrutering en outsourcing van juridische, financiële en verzekeringsprofielen. We zijn opgestart in 2021 en vier jaar later telt ons team 50 ‘ambassadeurs’ die elke dag het beste van zichzelf geven.

Een samenwerking op outsourcingsbasis betekent dat je van ons een vast contract krijgt en op projectbasis wordt ingeschakeld bij notariskantoren. Je versterkt teams tijdens drukke periodes of vervangt tijdelijk afwezige collega’s.

Je werkt telkens enkele maanden bij een kantoor. Zodra de grootste noden daar zijn opgevangen, start je aan een nieuw project.

Jouw takenpakket als (notarieel) jurist:

  • Je beheert alle dossiers van A-Z, van opzoekingen tot afronding van akten
  • Je beheert dossiers in uiteenlopende domeinen (vastgoed, familiaal, vennootschappen)
  • Je biedt juridische ondersteuning en advies aan collega’s en cliënten
  • Je neemt, indien gewenst, ook cliëntbesprekingen op

Wat verwachten wij van jou als (notarieel) jurist?

  • Je hebt een master in de rechten. Een master notariaat is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt minstens 1 jaar relevante ervaring in het notariaat.
  • Je hebt kennis van Acta Libra of Super Medewerker.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om je te verplaatsen binnen een straal van maximaal 30 km.

Wat verwachten wij van jou als (notarieel) jurist?

  • Motivatie en ervaring zijn voor ons belangrijker dan diploma.
  • Als jurist heb je een Master Rechten behaald, beschik jij ook over een Manama Notariaat, dan is dit een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt minimum twee jaar relevante werkervaring binnen het notariaat.
  • Je hebt kennis van Acta Libra of Supermedewerker of andere notariële software.
  • Je hebt een passie voor de notariële wereld en je bent gemotiveerd om op projectbasis onze klanten te gaan ondersteunen waar nodig.
  • Je wil graag bijleren en groeien in kennis.
