Voor een gevestigd en groeiend accountancykantoor in de regio Gent zoeken we een Office Assistant die het hart van het kantoor wil zijn. Deze organisatie begeleidt ondernemers met boekhouding, fiscaliteit en advies. Ze zet daarbij in op kwaliteit, samenwerking en een persoonlijke klantenservice, en durft bestaande werkwijzen slimmer en digitaler aan te pakken. Wil jij hier mee je schouders onder zetten?

Jouw functie als Office Assistant Als Office Assistant ben je de centrale schakel tussen klanten, collega’s en externe partijen. Je ondersteunt de Accountancy Advisors bij de administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers. Je controleert of documenten volledig zijn, volgt ontbrekende informatie proactief op en helpt bij ondertekeningen, indieningen en andere formaliteiten. Ook de voorbereiding en opvolging van de facturatie neem je op je.

Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bezoekers. Telefoon, mail of onthaal: jij zorgt voor een vriendelijke ontvangst en een correcte doorverwijzing. Je houdt ook de kantoororganisatie in handen, van vergaderingen, opleidingen en evenementen tot kantoorbenodigdheden en facilitaire afspraken.

Je kijkt kritisch naar bestaande processen en komt met verbetervoorstellen om het werk eenvoudiger, efficiënter en meer digitaal te maken. Zo heb je echt impact op hoe het kantoor draait. Mooi toch?

  • Je bent discreet, nauwkeurig en proactief: vertrouwelijke info is bij jou in veilige handen en details ontsnappen je niet.
  • Je hebt een zeker ‘pitbull’-gehalte. Je bent actiegericht en laat niet los tot een dossier volledig in orde is.
  • Je voelt je thuis in de accountancywereld, of je hebt de drive om dat snel te worden. Termijnen en verplichtingen zoals btw-aangiftes zijn je niet onbekend.
  • Je bent digitaal geletterd: je werkt vlot met Word, Excel, PowerPoint en Outlook en vindt snel je weg in overheidstools zoals MyMinfin, Intervat en de KBO.
  • Je bent vlot en klantvriendelijk in je communicatie, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Ken je Exact Online, Expert-M, Silverfin of AdminPulse? Dat is een mooie plus.
