  • Je plant en coördineert de dagelijkse operaties en zorgt voor een optimale inzet en benutting van mensen, materieel en capaciteit.
  • Je bewaakt de operationele flow en anticipeert op tekorten, vertragingen en uitdagingen door snel en doortastend bij te sturen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie en realtime data, inclusief operationele documentatie en pre-facturatie.
  • Je bouwt sterke relaties met klanten en partners en bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, chauffeurs, schippers, inspecteurs en douane.
  • Je denkt vooruit en verbetert continu: je brengt nieuwe ideeën aan, optimaliseert processen en draagt bij aan een positieve en energieke werkomgeving.
  • Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een hogere opleiding in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Relevante ervaring in terminal-, logistieke of magazijnoperaties en affiniteit met planning is zeker een must omdat het hier gaat om verreiste technische kennis
  • Je hebt kennis van haven- en douaneprocedures
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en oplossingsgericht, kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en schakelt vlot in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou voorop en je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je kan een bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden voorleggen
