En tant qu’Assistant Transport & Logistique / Planificateur Transport, vous êtes un maillon essentiel entre les clients et les chauffeurs. Vous assurez une planification efficace, suivez activement les transports et intervenez rapidement lorsque la situation évolue. Grâce à votre sens de l’organisation et votre approche orientée solutions, vous veillez au bon déroulement de chaque trajet.

Une bonne connaissance du français est essentielle pour cette fonction. Vous êtes régulièrement en contact avec des chauffeurs et des clients francophones et vous communiquez avec eux de manière fluide et professionnelle en français.

Vous correspondez également au profil suivant :

  • Vous aimez la diversité dans votre travail et les contacts fréquents avec les autres.
  • Vous disposez de connaissances de base en matière de législation du transport, de temps de conduite et de repos et de formalités de transport, ou vous êtes prêt à les apprendre.
  • Vous avez une expérience avec un système TMS. La connaissance de Navitrans et Transics constitue un atout.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance de MS Office.
  • Vous êtes orienté client, avez le sens commercial et êtes orienté solutions.
  • Vous êtes résistant au stress, flexible et savez faire preuve d’assertivité lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Vous avez une bonne à très bonne connaissance du français, car vous êtes régulièrement en contact avec des chauffeurs et des clients francophones. Vous avez également une connaissance de base de l’anglais.
