Als Ploegverantwoordelijke zorg jij ervoor dat alles in jouw shift op rolletjes loopt, van de keuken tot de inpak en de robotafdeling. Jij bent de spilfiguur die de productie draaiende houdt, je team motiveert en de kwaliteit van onze voedingsproducten bewaakt.

Wij vragen

Wat wij van jou verwachten!

  • Je bent positief ingesteld, kan vooruitdenken en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je hebt organisatie- en leiderschapstalent, maar ook een praktische ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent bereid om eerst de taken van operatoren aan te leren om het proces volledig te begrijpen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector.
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van een team is een pluspunt.
  • Je beheerst de taal Nederlands goed, want deze zal je dagelijks gebruiken
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid te werken in 2 ploegen (en tijdelijk nacht bij afwezigheid van collega’s).
