Versterk een fijn team dat zich elke dag inzet voor performante, klantgerichte oplossingen rond klantenbeheer! Eén van de kerngebieden daarin is de onboarding van natuurlijke personen — een cruciaal proces waarin klantbeleving, compliance en operationele efficiëntie samenkomen.

Als Product Owner bepaal je de inhoudelijke koers van dit team, dat de onboarding flows in de verschillende kanalen beheert en optimaliseert. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter de inhoud en de prioriteiten van het team. Je vertaalt noden van klanten, business en regelgeving naar concrete oplossingen en zorgt er mee voor dat het team maximaal waarde levert.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt een duidelijke productvisie rond de onboarding van nieuwe klanten, met een focus op natuurlijke personen.
  • Samen met de product manager beheer je de backlog van je team. Jullie bepalen de focus en de prioriteiten.
  • Je zet noden om in duidelijke user stories / taken en helpt je team om die stap voor stap te realiseren.
  • Daarbij bewaak je de risico’s en alle geldende regelgeving.
  • Je faciliteert besluitvorming door af te stemmen met collega’s en keuzes te maken in overleg met je team. Hierbij ben je in contact met alle stakeholders, namelijk collega’s van business, compliance, operations en IT.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere Product Owners, Product Managers en Architecten, en je draagt actief bij aan een vlotte samenwerking, ook met collega’s op andere locaties.
  • Samen met het team zoek je continu naar verbeteringen in de klantreis én de interne processen.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma en enkele jaren ervaring als product owner.
  • Je communiceert doeltreffend in het Nederlands en Engels. Geen probleem voor jou om ideeën helder over te brengen en collega’s op dezelfde golflengte te krijgen.
  • Je toont inzicht in de noden van klanten en stakeholders, en weet daarop in te spelen.
  • Je sterke analytische skills helpen je om een visie te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen.
  • Net zoals je collega’s hou je ervan om samen met anderen doelen te bereiken.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren. Ook wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt, behoud jij het overzicht. Bij drukte blijf je rustig en zoek je samen met anderen naar oplossingen.
  • Je neemt vlot initiatief en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen.
