Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Project Manager Solar Energy voor een ambitieuze en snelgroeiende scale-up in regio Oostkamp, gespecialiseerd in grootschalige energieprojecten voor industriële klanten.

Onze klant is de afgelopen jaren sterk gegroeid en ontwikkelt zich steeds verder als totaalpartner binnen hernieuwbare energie. Van industriële zonneparken tot batterijopslag en hoogspanningsoplossingen: de organisatie combineert eigen engineering, projectmanagement en uitvoering om complexe energieprojecten van A tot Z te realiseren.

Om deze groei verder te ondersteunen, zoeken we een ervaren Project Manager die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over grootschalige solarprojecten, technisch sterk is en energie krijgt van een ondernemende omgeving waarin initiatief en zelfstandigheid centraal staan.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je beheert grootschalige industriële zonne-energieprojecten van A tot Z, van technische voorbereiding en engineering tot uitvoering en oplevering, met doorlooptijden die kunnen oplopen tot een jaar.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, budgetten, kwaliteit en technische uitvoering en neemt de nodige beslissingen om jouw projecten binnen de afgesproken doelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen project engineers, werfleiders, leveranciers en onderaannemers en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende projectfasen vlot op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en externe partners, organiseert projectvergaderingen en volgt de voortgang regelmatig op locatie op.
  • Je beheert meerdere projecten gelijktijdig en werkt nauw samen met andere technische teams wanneer zonne-energie gecombineerd wordt met batterijopslag, laadinfrastructuur of hoogspanningsoplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal een bachelordiploma Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica, Energietechnologie, Industrieel Ingenieur Elektrotechniek of een aanverwante technische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in technisch projectmanagement, dit binnen elektrische installaties, industriële energieprojecten, hernieuwbare energie of een EPC-omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke elektrische technische basis, bent organisatorisch en financieel onderlegd en kan verschillende projecten zelfstandig aansturen. Ervaring met solar is een mooie troef, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent proactief, communicatief sterk en beheerst het Nederlands en Engels. Je bent bereid om regelmatig projectlocaties in België en occasioneel daarbuiten te bezoeken.
