Onze klant is een toonaangevende aannemer op de Vlaamse en Brusselse wegenbouwmarkt, gespecialiseerd in wegenbouw, rioleringsaanleg, milieusanering en de inrichting van publieke ruimtes.

Als één van de top drie spelers op de Belgische infrastructuurmarkt bedient het bedrijf zowel publieke als private opdrachtgevers.

Wat doe je als Projectleider Constructiebeton?

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse leiding en uitvoering van civiele betonconstructies ter ondersteuning van onze projecten.
  • Je zorgt voor een optimale organisatie en voorbereiding (budget, planning, bestellingen, werktekeningen) in samenspraak met de projectmanager en de ondersteunende diensten (aankoop, materieelbeheer)
  • Je coördineert met de verschillende partijen (bouwheer, studiebureau, ploegbazen, onderaannemers en leveranciers) die betrokken zijn bij de uitvoering.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen de civiele betonconstructies of aanverwante sector.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma bouw of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans en/of Engels.
  • Je bent flexibel, sociaal vaardig en hebt een goed organisatorisch vermogen.
  • Communiceren en motiveren van mensen zijn uw sterke punten.
