Over de organisatie

Onze klant heeft zich gespecialiseerd in modulair bouwen in houtskelet. Ze produceren alles zelf. De afwerking wordt vnl. gedaan door hun zusterbedrijf. Hun werven zijn verspreid over gans Vlaanderen. Ze bouwen vooral voor particulieren maar ook voor projectontwikkelaars en overheden.

Jouw nieuwe functie

In het kader van aanhoudende groei van de organisatie gaan we op zoek naar een extra projectleider die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de uitvoering van modulaire houtconstructies, dit vanaf overdracht door de tekenaar/werkvoorbereider tem oplevering.

  • Je vertaalt uitvoeringsplannen op de werkvloer zodat alle details duidelijk zijn voor zowel eigen personeel als voor onderaannemers.
  • Je coördineert de productie, de assemblage in het atelier en de plaatsing van de woonunit.
  • Je staat hierbij in voor het organiseren van de werfinrichting, het regelen van speciaal transport en alle aansluitingen na plaatsing.
  • Tijdens het uitvoeringsproces word jij aanspreekpunt voor de bouwheer, architect en alle betrokken vakmensen.
  • Je waakt over het vooropgestelde budget, de planning en productiviteit in het atelier en het naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je denkt mee over mogelijke optimalisaties in de organisatie en workflow.

Jouw profiel

Als projectleider duurzame houtbouw zijn we op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Idealiter een bachelor of master houttechnologie of bouwkunde heeft behaald.
  • Een sterke interesse heeft in houtbouw, houtskeletbouw en/of modulair bouwen. Ervaring hierin is een groot pluspunt.
  • Ondernemend is en organisatorisch sterk is.
  • Een goede kennis Autocad heeft.
