Jobomschrijving

Junior Projectontwikkelaar - Gereputeerde Ontwikkelaar / Investeerder

  • Screenen van nieuwe ontwikkelingsopportuniteiten.
  • Uitwerken van haalbaarheidsstudies en businesscases.
  • Coördineren van externe adviseurs, ontwerpteams en vergunningstrajecten.
  • Opvolgen van vastgoedontwikkelingen van concept tot oplevering.
  • Ondersteunen van de verkoop- en commercialisatiestrategie.
  • Samenwerken met directie en interne stakeholders rond projectbeslissingen.

Junior Projectontwikkelaar - Gereputeerde Ontwikkelaar / Investeerder

  • Masterdiploma in architectuur, ingenieurswetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Eerste relevante ervaring binnen vastgoed, architectuur, bouw of projectontwikkeling.
  • Analytisch sterk en geïnteresseerd in alle facetten van projectontwikkeling.
  • Ondernemende en hands-on ingesteldheid.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamspeler.
  • Leergierig met ambitie om door te groeien binnen vastgoedontwikkeling
