Als Recruitment Consultant Sales & Marketing bouw je je eigen markt en netwerk uit.

Je werkt als adviseur voor bedrijven die op zoek zijn naar commerciële profielen én begeleidt kandidaten bij de volgende stap in hun carrière.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Klanten adviseren rond hun aanwervingsnoden.
  • Nieuwe bedrijven contacteren en langdurige partnerships uitbouwen.
  • Bedrijfsbezoeken uitvoeren om cultuur en uitdagingen te begrijpen.
  • Commerciële profielen identificeren, benaderen en screenen.
  • Diepgaande interviews voeren met kandidaten.
  • Kandidaten voorstellen aan klanten.
  • Onderhandelen van tarieven en contractvoorwaarden.
  • Kandidaten begeleiden tijdens het volledige sollicitatietraject.
  • Je eigen netwerk van sales- en marketingprofessionals uitbouwen.
  • Netwerkevents en commerciële evenementen bezoeken.
  • Markttrends en salarisontwikkelingen binnen Sales & Marketing opvolgen.
  • Bachelor of master.
  • Commercieel ingesteld en communicatief sterk.
  • Je haalt energie uit contact met mensen.
  • Je bent ambitieus, resultaatgericht en ondernemend.
  • Je werkt graag met targets en uitdagingen.
  • Nederlands spreek je vloeiend en een zeer goed niveau in het Engels
