Als Regio Manager stuur je een team van maatwerkcoaches aan die samen verantwoordelijk zijn voor vijf Kringwinkels in onze regio.

Je bent hun coach, klankbord en aanspreekpunt. Je ondersteunt hen in hun dagelijkse werking, helpt prioriteiten bepalen, zoekt oplossingen voor uitdagingen en zorgt ervoor dat zij hun teams optimaal kunnen begeleiden.

Tegelijk hou je ook het grotere plaatje in het oog. Je volgt resultaten op, analyseert cijfers, detecteert opportuniteiten en denkt mee na over hoe we onze winkels en werking nog sterker kunnen maken.

Je bent niet bang voor een analyse, een moeilijke vraag of een telefoontje dat begint met: "We hebben hier een klein probleem..."

Geen enkele dag ziet er helemaal hetzelfde uit. Gelukkig maar.

Jij: stuurt een team van maatwerkcoaches aan, coacht en ondersteunt hen;

  • zorgt voor een goede organisatie en planning binnen jouw regio;
  • volgt verkoopresultaten en operationele doelstellingen op;
  • analyseert cijfers en vertaalt die naar concrete acties;
  • detecteert kansen en werkt verbeterinitiatieven uit;
  • ondersteunt de winkels bij operationele uitdagingen;
  • werkt mee aan projecten en organisatiebrede verbetertrajecten;
  • draagt actief bij aan het behalen van onze strategische doelstellingen.

Als leidinggevende ondersteun je jouw maatwerkcoaches ook in hun rol als begeleider van doelgroepmedewerkers. Je helpt hen groeien in het coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van medewerkers op de werkvloer, zodat mensen alle kansen krijgen om hun talenten te ontdekken en verder te ontwikkelen.

Kort samengevat? Jij zorgt ervoor dat mensen, winkels en resultaten samen vooruitgaan.

Je houdt ervan om mensen in beweging te krijgen. Je combineert een mensgerichte aanpak met een gezonde dosis ondernemerschap en organisatievermogen. Daarnaast:

  • heb je minstens 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring;
  • heb je affiniteit met de sociale tewerkstellingssector;
  • ben je commercieel én analytisch ingesteld;
  • werk je georganiseerd en planmatig;
  • kan je coachen, motiveren en richting geven;
  • hou je gemakkelijk meerdere ballen tegelijk in de lucht;
  • is ervaring binnen retail een grote troef.
