Het Departement Studentenvoorzieningen van de Universiteit Antwerpen zoekt voor Konventa een deeltijds (80 %) Shiftleader Konventa.

Konventa verzorgt de catering bij evenementen en is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Shiftleader voor de evenementen op UAntwerpen. Jobomschrijving

  • Je voert logistieke opdrachten uit binnen konventa, de catering bij evenementen ter ondersteuning van de leidinggevende(n) en eventueel andere medewerkers.
  • Je verzorgt mee de catering in de verschillende congreszalen en vergaderzalen op onze verschillende campussen, van eenvoudige koffiepauzes tot uitgebreide walking dinners.
  • Je neemt je verantwoordelijkheid en zorgt ervoor dat een cateringmoment vlot verloopt.
  • Je kan leiding nemen over een team van extra kelners en zorgt voor de uitvoerende organisatie van cateringmomenten tot 150 personen.

Bij het realiseren van de doelstellingen hou je rekening met de voorziene instructies en de regelgeving.

  • Je bezit een diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardige competenties door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in congres- en / of cateringwerking.
  • Je kan overweg met MS Office.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
  • Je hebt geen nine-to-five mentaliteit, maar wel graag de zekerheid van een vaste functie met een grote flexibiliteit aan uren.
  • Je werkt in functie van de agenda op dag- en avonduren en tijdens het weekend.
  • Je bent in bezit van rijbewijs B.
  • Je beschikt over een basis kennis van het Engels.
  • Je gaat klantvriendelijk, integer, creatief, kwaliteitsgericht en samenwerkingsgericht te werk.
  • Duurzaamheid ligt je nauw aan het hart.
