The posting

Voor een mensgerichte accountancy- en adviesgroep zoeken wij een Team Lead Accountancy voor het kantoor in Aalst. Je combineert jouw accountancyervaring met het begeleiden van mensen en het verder ontwikkelen van het kantoor.

Samen met een collega-teamlead vorm je een tandem die het team ondersteunt en de operationele en strategische werking versterkt. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s en kunt rekenen op ondersteuning vanuit de directie, centrale diensten en gespecialiseerde adviseurs.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coachen en ondersteunen van medewerkers en stimuleren van hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Bevorderen van samenwerking, vertrouwen en betrokkenheid binnen het team.
  • Samen met jouw collega-teamlead versterken van de dagelijkse kantoorwerking.
  • Bijdragen aan de strategische ontwikkeling en verdere groei van het kantoor.
  • Onderhouden van sterke klantenrelaties en opnemen van een rol als vertrouwenspersoon.
  • Commerciële kansen herkennen en initiatief nemen om het kantoor verder uit te bouwen.
  • Afstemmen met andere teamleads, de COO en ondersteunende diensten.
  • Bewaken van een professionele, kwaliteitsgerichte en persoonlijke dienstverlening.
  • Je hebt een achtergrond in accountancy en meerdere jaren ervaring binnen de sector.
  • Je bent sterk in het begeleiden van mensen en voelt aan wat er leeft binnen een team.
  • Je communiceert authentiek en bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op.
  • Je beschikt over commerciële flair en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je combineert ambitie met de praktische daadkracht om een kantoor verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je werkt graag samen en wilt bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van klanten, collega’s en de organisatie.
