Wat ga je doen?

Bij Cauwelier zoeken we voor onze afdeling Projecten een technisch commercieel adviseur die particuliere klanten begeleidt bij de volledige renovatie van hun dak. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en combineert commercieel talent met een sterke technische kennis van daken.

Elk renovatieproject vraagt om een specifieke aanpak. Of het nu gaat om een hellend of plat dak, isolatie, zinkwerken of de aanwezigheid van asbesthoudende materialen: een grondige technische kennis is essentieel. Daarom zoeken we iemand met een sterk inzicht in dakconstructies en dakopbouw, die verschillende technieken, materialen en technische aandachtspunten correct kan beoordelen en vertalen naar een passende renovatieoplossing.

Je bent dagelijks onderweg voor afspraken bij particuliere klanten en neemt de commerciële verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers van A tot Z. Je luistert naar de verwachtingen van de klant, geeft helder en deskundig advies en bouwt vertrouwen op. Met jouw klantgerichte en commerciële aanpak weet je opportuniteiten om te zetten in concrete renovatieprojecten.

Na verkoop zorg je voor een correcte en volledige overdracht van het dossier. Je registreert alle relevante informatie in ons ERP-systeem, zodat je collega's het project efficiënt kunnen voorbereiden en uitvoeren.

Je krijgt binnen deze functie veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om je klanten en regio zelfstandig te beheren. Tegelijk sta je er niet alleen voor: je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van Projecten en kunt rekenen op de technische kennis en jarenlange ervaring binnen Cauwelier.

Wie ben je?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding genoten of een sterke technische achtergrond opgebouwd door relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in de bouwsector en bent bereid je grondig te verdiepen in hellende en platte daken, dakopbouw, isolatie, zinkwerken en de aandachtspunten rond asbesthoudende materialen.
  • Je kunt tijdens een plaatsbezoek een bestaande daksituatie correct inschatten en weet waarop je technisch moet letten
  • Ervaring binnen dakwerken, dakrenovatie of een andere bouwtechnische omgeving is een troef, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt ervaring in B2C-verkoop en voelt je comfortabel in een adviserende commerciële rol bij particuliere klanten.
  • Je bent commercieel gedreven, volgt je dossiers actief op en haalt voldoening uit het binnenhalen van projecten en behalen van resultaten.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen klanten en dossiers en kunt zelfstandig en gestructureerd werken.
  • Je communiceert helder en overtuigend en weet technische informatie op een begrijpelijke manier over te brengen naar de klant.
