Vakgebied: Inkoop/Supply chain - Je beheert je eigen leveranciers- en artikelpakket en hebt direct invloed op de beschikbaarheid van materialen voor productie en projecten - Je werkt nauw samen met planning, productie, engineering en logistiek om leveringsproblemen op te lossen en vertragingen te voorkomen - Je verdient tussen € 3.300 tot € 4.600 bruto per maand en krijgt 33 vrije dagen, ruime starttijden en de mogelijkheid om één dag per week thuis te werken We zoeken een Technisch Operationeel Inkoper, ook wel genoemd Technisch Inkoper, Supply Chain Inkoper of Operational Buyer. In deze functie in Amsterdam, zorg je dat materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je hebt een eigen leveranciers- en artikelpakket en bewaakt afspraken over prijs, kwaliteit, levertijd en capaciteit. Dat betekent dat je dagelijks met leveranciers spreekt, offertes vergelijkt, leveringen opvolgt en problemen oplost wanneer afspraken niet worden nagekomen. Als een leverancier later levert dan afgesproken, onderzoek je wat er mogelijk is en stem je met planning en productie af welke gevolgen dat heeft. Je werkt niet alleen vanuit inkooporders en leveranciersgegevens. Je hebt ook veel contact met engineering, logistiek en andere collega's die afhankelijk zijn van de beschikbaarheid van materialen. Daardoor begrijp je waarom een levering belangrijk is en welke gevolgen vertraging kan hebben voor productie of projecten. Naast het dagelijkse inkoopwerk kijk je naar verbeteringen. Welke leverancier levert regelmatig te laat? En welke afspraken of processen kunnen beter? Deze functie past bij een inkoper die niet uitsluitend bestellingen wil verwerken, maar ook verantwoordelijkheid wil nemen voor leveranciersprestaties en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
