The posting

De Technisch Planner is verantwoordelijk voor de registratie en administratie van de planning van onderhoud en reparaties van onze apparatuur bij diverse klanten. Een hele mond vol! Concreet kan je volgende taken/verantwoordelijkheden verwachten:

  • Ontvangen en registreren van serviceaanvragen;
  • Opstellen van dag- en weekplanningen voor techniekers;
  • Controleren en aanpassen van bestaande planningen;
  • Klanten informeren over afspraken en eventuele wijzigingen;
  • Opvolgen van de beschikbaarheid en vakantieplanning van techniekers;
  • Administratief verwerken en opvolgen van de planning;
  • Inspelen op onverwachte wijzigingen en prioriteiten;
  • Analyseren van de huidige werkwijze en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen.

Als toekomstige Technisch Planner binnen deze firma herken jij jezelf in onderstaand profiel en beschik je over volgende troeven:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring in het coachen en leiden van een team;
  • Je bent methodisch, stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht; met andere woorden ben je een multitasker met een voorliefde voor uitdagingen en afwisseling;
  • Graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en vlot verschillende taken combineert;
  • Beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en de communicatie kan afstemmen op verschillende gesprekspartners;
  • Klantgericht, flexibel, commercieel en assertief is;
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans heeft, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Vlot kan communiceren in het Engels, wat een mooie plus is.
