Ben jij verpleegkundige en wil je gedurende vijf maanden meewerken aan de opstart van een nieuwe zorgafdeling? Dan biedt dit project je de kans om ervaring op te doen binnen zowel geneeskunde als geriatrie. Je maakt vanaf de eerste dag deel uit van een nieuw team en draagt actief bij aan de uitbouw van de afdeling. Je werkt in een gevarieerde zorgomgeving waar patiënten met uiteenlopende medische en verpleegkundige noden worden begeleid. Klinisch inzicht, observatie en samenwerking met verschillende zorgprofessionals staan hierbij centraal.

Wij bieden

  • Je bouwt mee aan een nieuwe verpleegafdeling vanaf de opstart.

  • Je verruimt je kennis binnen zowel geneeskunde als geriatrie.
  • Je ontwikkelt je vaardigheden in observatie, klinisch redeneren en multidisciplinair werken.
  • Je doet waardevolle ervaring op binnen een inhoudelijk sterke zorgcontext.
  • Mogelijkheid op een vast contract na afloop van het project, afhankelijk van de behoeften van de zorginstelling en een positieve evaluatie.

Praktische informatie

  • Opstart: 15 oktober 2026 met een inwerkperiode op de betrokken afdelingen.
  • Officiële start van het project: 1 november 2026.
  • Einddatum: 31 maart 2027.

Wij vragen

  • Verpleegkundigen met een diploma bachelor verpleegkunde, HBO5 verpleegkunde of basisverpleegkunde.
  • Kandidaten die graag ervaring willen uitbreiden binnen een ziekenhuisomgeving.
  • Verpleegkundigen die gemotiveerd zijn om mee te bouwen aan een nieuw project.
