Sta jij graag vroeg op, hou je van de geur van vers brood en zie jij jezelf de klanten verwelkomen in een warme, gezellige winkel? Dan hebben wij misschien wel de job voor jou! Een bakkerij in Sint Martens Latem, die ook een bakkerij in Nevele heeft is op zoek naar een enthousiaste winkelmedewerker die mee wil zorgen voor tevreden klanten en een vlot draaiende winkel.

Wij bieden

  • Je werkt steeds in de winkel van Nevele op dinsdag en vrijdag. Op woensdag sta je steeds in de winkel van Sint Martens Latem.
  • Je werkt 23 uur per week volgens een tweewekelijks vastgelegd schema:Week 1: 5u30 tot 13u30 Week 2: 11.30u tot 19u30.
  • Je werkt niet in het weekend
  • Een loon van €14.63/u voor starters, aangevuld met maaltijdcheques (€3,50/dag).
  • Bij ervaring in retail bekijken we een aangepast loon.
  • Na 850 gewerkte uren (en vast contract): maaltijdcheques van €8/dag en doorgroei naar looncategorie 3.
  • Wij voorzien opleidingsdagen zodat je onze werking leert kennen.
  • Een leuke, collegiale werksfeer met ruimte voor initiatief en zelfstandigheid.
  • Werken in een ambachtelijke omgeving met aandacht voor kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.

Wij vragen

  • Je bent klantgericht, vriendelijk en betrouwbaar.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling tussen klantencontact en praktische taken.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om zowel vroege als late shiften te werken.
  • Ervaring in de retail of bakkerijsector is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en inzet zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
