Jobomschrijving

Je start als Sales Development Representative (SDR) binnen een team van 10 collega's in Gent. Tijdens een intensief opleidingstraject van 3 maanden leer je de oplossing, de markt en de salesmethodologie kennen. Vervolgens focus je op prospectie via cold calling, e-mailcampagnes en lead generation. Je beheert zowel inbound als outbound leads, gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten en werkt nauw samen met ervaren salescollega's en het marketingteam.

Na enkele maanden krijg je de kans om zelf demo's te geven en gesprekken te voeren met managers en C-level profielen. Je neemt deel aan salesmeetings en groeit stapsgewijs door naar een meer strategische commerciële rol.

Jouw profiel

  • Recent afgestudeerd of eerste professionele ervaring/stage
  • Sterke interesse in sales, technologie en finance
  • Ambitieus, leergierig en resultaatgericht
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Durft contact op te nemen met decision makers en C-level profielen
  • Bachelor is een plus
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en professioneel Engels

Groei & ontwikkeling

  • 9 maanden SDR
  • Doorgroei naar Senior SDR
  • Mogelijkheid om binnen 1 à 2 jaar door te groeien naar Junior Business Developer of Junior Customer Manager
