  • Celle-ci est gérée par deux agences : l'une à Aix-en-Provence, responsable de la région PACA, et l'autre à Montpellier, dédiée à la région OCCITANIE.

Description du poste

💼 Mission : dans le cadre du développement de sa région Sud, HELPLINE recherche un BUSINESS ANALYST.

Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Participer à la prise en charge des demandes d'assistance fonctionnelle (AFN2), de travaux ou de paramétrage sur des sujets du domaine de compétence du service.
  • Participer à la prise en charge des incidents en collaboration avec les IT
  • Contribuer au recueil des besoins, à la construction, la planification de la fabrication et à l’affinage des récits utilisateurs sur les projets (dont rédaction des règles de gestion), collaborer avec les développeurs pour traduire ces besoins.
  • Participer à la définition de la stratégie de test (identification des moyens et des TNR) Préparer les récits de tests (XRAY), et exécuter les tests manuels tout au long du cycle de fabrication du projet.
  • Mise à jour de la documentation métier et fonctionnelle du produit (processus métier documentation client, référencement de données).
  • Participer ou organiser des cadrages (accompagné si nécessaire du PO, ou d’un expert fonctionnel ou d’un IT).
  • Contribuer à l’ensemble des cérémonies agiles et sessions d’affinage.

Qualifications

🎯 Profil Recherché :

De formation supérieure en informatique, vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée de plusieurs années en tant que Business Analyst.

Mais, ce sont avant tout votre polyvalence technique et votre appétence pour la compréhension des enjeux métiers qui feront la différence.
