Description du poste

Activité Utilisateurs :

Fournir le support technique et l’aide aux utilisateurs locaux.

Prendre en charge les incidents de dépannage affectés par le Helpdesk et nécessitant une intervention.

Assurer l’installation du matériel et la configuration finale des logiciels correspondant aux besoins de l'utilisateur et effectuer les tests de bon fonctionnement.

Garantir la qualité des interventions sur site et le respect des SLA.

Suivre les demandes spécifiques type "récupération de données sur disque dur HS".

Gérer les salles de Visio Conférence du site et en garantir le support.

Relais, communication et accompagnement sur les outils mis à disposition pour les utilisateurs (site du support 44, FAQ, Mémo-fiches…).

Gestion de Parc

Garantir la fourniture et la reprise de matériel auprès des utilisateurs. Mettre à jour les supports de suivi d’intervention.

Veiller au bon fonctionnement du parc informatique, de l’infrastructure locale (serveur bureautique, serveur d’impression, LAN, …) et de la téléphonie.

Garantir l'inventaire du site et avertir à chaque écart de Parc.

Gérer le spare de site et s’assurer de son maintien en condition opérationnelle

Intervenant Internes et Externes :

Piloter les intervenants externes sur son périmètre.

Quand il y en a, assurer le suivi au quotidien des contrats de qualification associés à son activité.

Il assure la relation avec les SAV sur les matériels sous garantie de son périmètre.
