Descrizione del lavoro

Per un progetto di redesign di un'infrastruttura Active Directory di grandi dimensioni, ricerchiamo un Sistemista Microsoft con solida esperienza in ambienti Active Directory complessi ed enterprise.

La risorsa sarà coinvolta nell'analisi dell'architettura esistente e nella progettazione di un nuovo modello organizzativo, con particolare attenzione a razionalizzazione, standardizzazione, sicurezza e gestione degli accessi.

Attività previste

  • Analisi dell'attuale struttura Active Directory e identificazione delle aree di miglioramento
  • Redesign e razionalizzazione della struttura delle Organizational Unit (OU)
  • Analisi, revisione e ottimizzazione delle Group Policy (GPO)
  • Definizione e standardizzazione delle naming convention
  • Progettazione e revisione del modello RBAC
  • Definizione di linee guida e best practice per la gestione dell'ambiente Active Directory
  • Supporto alla pianificazione e implementazione della nuova architettura
  • Produzione e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica di progetto

Competenze tecniche e trasversali

  • Esperienza consolidata nella gestione e progettazione di Microsoft Active Directory
  • Ottima conoscenza di OU, GPO, gruppi, deleghe e permission model
  • Esperienza nel redesign di infrastrutture Active Directory complesse e di grandi dimensioni
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei principi RBAC e Identity & Access Management
  • Capacità di definire standard e naming convention in contesti enterprise
  • Conoscenza delle best practice Microsoft relative a sicurezza, amministrazione e governance di Active Directory
  • Capacità di analisi di architetture esistenti e definizione di soluzioni target
  • Autonomia operativa, capacità di problem solving e approccio strutturato
  • Buone capacità di documentazione e confronto con team tecnici e stakeholder di progetto

Modalità di lavoro: Full Remote
