Description du poste

Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un Ingénieur de Production DevOps (H/F) pour assurer la fiabilité, la sécurité et la scalabilité des services IT. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’automatisation des déploiements, la mise en place de pipelines CI/CD et la gestion de l’infrastructure de production.

Vos missions principales :

BUILD – Projets & Industrialisation :

  • Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et optimiser les chaînes CI/CD
  • Automatiser les déploiements applicatifs et l’infrastructure
  • Participer à la conteneurisation des applications.
  • Accompagner les projets sur les bonnes pratiques DevOps dès la phase de conception.

RUN – Exploitation & Supervision :

  • Garantir la disponibilité des systèmes, gérer les incidents et le MCO.
  • Mettre en place des outils de supervision et d’alerting
  • Assurer la sécurité des plateformes : gestion des accès, sauvegardes, plans de reprise.
  • Analyser les performances, identifier les axes d’amélioration continue.

Compétences clés :

  • Environnements Linux/Windows, réseaux (DNS, HTTP/S)
  • XL Release, XL Deploy, Jenkins, GitLab CI
  • Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform
  • Scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
  • Outils de monitoring : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.
  • Bonnes pratiques de sécurité, sauvegarde, haute disponibilité
  • Liste non exhaustive

Qualifications

  • Formation Bac+5 en informatique ou équivalent.
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire.
  • Maîtrise des environnements Linux, des outils d’intégration continue, d’automatisation et de supervision.
  • Connaissances en virtualisation (VMware, Proxmox) et cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) appréciées.
  • Bon esprit d’analyse, rigueur, sens du service et travail en équipe.
