Description du poste

Responsabilités :

  • La mise en place de standards, préconisation et bonnes pratiques
  • Assurer la disponibilité et la performance des bases de données
  • Fournir un support direct sur les bases de données (installation, configuration, analyse et réglage des performances, sauvegarde, récupération)
  • Mettre en place et tenir à jour une documentation technique détaillée et précise sur les bases de données, spécifique aux étapes d'installation, d'exécution/maintenance et de dépannage, dans un format standard
  • La gestion des désastres
  • Le maintien de la performance

Qualifications

  • Maitrise du fonctionnement d’un SGBDR (ORACLE, MS SQL Server)
  • Maitrise de langages SQL
  • Bonne connaissance de l’anglais technique
  • Sens du service clients
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Capacité de diagnostic
