Description du poste

Vos missions :

  • Définir les spécifications fonctionnelles pour le choix et le paramétrage des équipements mobiles (smartphones, tablettes, OS).
  • Étudier l’impact des solutions techniques sur les usages des collaborateurs.
  • Homologuer et valider les appareils et systèmes d’exploitation mobiles.
  • Administrer et sécuriser la flotte mobile via des outils MDM/MAM (WS1, Intune, ABM, Knox, Apperian, MTD…).
  • Encadrer les usages des terminaux mobiles en environnement professionnel.
  • Travailler en lien avec les équipes techniques et participer aux réunions techniques.
  • Communiquer auprès des utilisateurs et animer des réunions d’information.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

  • Assurer l'activité mobile, en lien avec l'équipe Système et l'équipe Matériel
  • Avoir en plus de bonnes compétences fonctionnelles, une bonne compréhension des aspects techniques
  • Maitrise de l'usage des appareils mobiles (smartphones et tablettes) dans un environnement professionnel
  • Connaissance des outils techniques de gestion et de sécurisation de flotte (MDM, Store, ...- WS1, Apperian, ABM, Knox, Intune, MTD, ...)
  • Animation réunions et communication utilisateurs
  • Participation aux réunions techniques
  • Matériel mobile (smartphone et tablettes) et OS (Android et iOS)
  • Outillage de gestion et de sécurisation de flotte (MDM - WS1, Aperian/eFota, intune, ABM, MTD, ...)
