Description du poste

Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet ERP expérimenté pour piloter la migration et le déploiement de notre solution ERP. Vous serez garant de la réussite du projet, depuis la définition de la stratégie jusqu’à la conduite du changement auprès des utilisateurs.

Missions principales :

  • Élaborer la stratégie de migration ERP en lien avec la direction et les équipes métiers.
  • Coordonner l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes du projet.
  • Assurer le suivi de l’avancement, le respect des délais, des coûts et de la qualité.
  • Mettre en place une gouvernance projet claire et efficace.
  • Recueillir et formaliser les besoins métiers, et les traduire en spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Planifier et piloter la reprise de données, tout en garantissant leur intégrité et leur cohérence.
  • Élaborer et superviser les stratégies de test (unitaires, d’intégration, de validation).
  • Organiser et accompagner la conduite du changement auprès des utilisateurs finaux.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme Bac +5 (ingénierie, informatique, gestion de projet, ou équivalent).
  • Solide expérience en gestion de projets ERP, idéalement sur des environnements complexes et multi-sites.
  • Excellentes compétences en pilotage de projets, coordination d’équipes et communication.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus métiers (finance, logistique, production, RH…).
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
