  • Celle-ci est gérée par deux agences : l'une à Aix-en-Provence, responsable de la région PACA, et l'autre à Montpellier, dédiée à la région OCCITANIE.

Description du poste

💼 Mission :

Dans le cadre du développement de sa région, HELPLINE recherche un Chef de Projet Production - F/H pour notre client proche de Vaison la Romaine. Poste ouvert en CDI et Freelance.

Télétravail jusqu'à 3 jours /semaine

Le Chef de Projet Sénior dans ce contexte joue un rôle stratégique et opérationnel dans la production informatique.

Au quotidien, vos missions sont:

  1. Pilotage de projets critiques en production Garantir la stabilité et la performance des environnements de production. Assurer la continuité de service dans un contexte où la fiabilité est essentielle.
  2. Gestion de l’obsolescence technologique Identifier et traiter les composants obsolètes (OS, middleware, bases de données). Planifier et exécuter des migrations ou mises à jour sans impacter la production.
  3. Coordination multi-acteurs Travailler avec des équipes techniques, métiers et partenaires externes. Gérer les dépendances et les escalades dans un environnement complexe.
  4. Conformité et gouvernance IT Respect des processus ITIL (notamment gestion des changements). Maintenir la traçabilité et la documentation pour répondre aux exigences réglementaires.
  5. Innovation et optimisation Intégrer des technologies modernes (Kubernetes, NoSQL, observabilité). Améliorer la résilience et la performance des systèmes.

Qualifications

🎯 Profil Recherché :

Un Chef de Projet F/H pour ce poste doit combiner expertise technique, expérience en production, et compétences relationnelles :

Expérience

  • Solide expérience en production informatique (idéalement bancaire/assurance).
  • Maîtrise des environnements complexes et des projets liés à l’obsolescence.

Compétences techniques

  • Connaissance des technologies natives (Data, NoSQL, Kubernetes).
  • Maîtrise des environnements OPEN (bases de données, middleware, OS Windows/Linux).
  • Sensibilité aux notions d’hébergement applicatif, intégration, exploitation, observabilité.
  • Bonus : outils Triskell, ServiceNow, certification ITIL.

Soft Skills

  • Leadership et communication : aisance orale, capacité de synthèse.
  • Rigueur et culture de l’écrit : indispensable pour la documentation et la gouvernance.
  • Autonomie et sens du client : savoir évoluer rapidement dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Gestion des escalades : savoir identifier et agir efficacement.
