Description du poste

Contexte

Dans le cadre du développement et de la maintenance des applications, nous recherchons un développeur Backend Java pour intégrer nos équipes à Annecy.

Les applications concernées couvrent la gestion et le pilotage de la relation commerciale, notamment :

  • La saisie des résultats des commerciaux et des comptes-rendus d’entretien
  • La gestion des échanges et des tâches commerciales
  • Le pilotage des objectifs commerciaux et des portefeuilles clients

Le poste s’inscrit dans un environnement Agile, orienté qualité, performance et mise en production continue.

Missions principales

  • Participer à la conception technique des produits en collaboration avec les équipes d’architecture, de production
  • Rechercher et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées aux besoins fonctionnels
  • Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités backend
  • Réaliser les tests unitaires (TU) et tests d’intégration (TI)
  • Préparer et accompagner les mises en production en lien avec les équipes DevOps / CAGIP
  • Garantir la qualité des livrables et de la documentation associée
  • Assurer la maintenance corrective et le support de niveau applicatif
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques en production
  • Participer activement aux cérémonies Agile (daily, sprint planning, review, rétrospective)

  • Langages & Frameworks : Java, Spring, API REST
  • Gestion de code : Git, GitLab
  • DevOps / CI-CD : Helm, ArgoCD
  • Monitoring & Logs : ELK
  • Méthodologie : Agile / Scrum

Qualifications

Profil recherché

  • Développeur Backend Java
  • Expérience en environnement Agile et en production applicative
  • Appétence pour les sujets DevOps et la qualité logicielle

Compétences techniques

  • Solide expérience en développement Backend Java
  • Maîtrise des API REST et du framework Spring
  • Pratique des outils Git et des workflows collaboratifs
  • Sensibilité aux pratiques DevOps et aux pipelines CI/CD
  • Connaissance des outils de monitoring et d’analyse de logs (ELK)

Compétences humaines

  • Bon sens de la communication
  • Esprit collaboratif et goût du travail en équipe
  • Capacité de pédagogie et de vulgarisation technique
  • Rigueur, curiosité et autonomie
  • Force de proposition dans l’amélioration continue des solutions
