Description du poste

En tant que Pilote d'Exploitation de l'équipe N1 24*7, vos missions seront les suivantes :

• Effectuer les contrôles et analyse au quotidien les évènements provenant du pilotage et de la nuit précédente.

• Accompagner la transformation de certains indicateurs vers POWERBI

• Valider les consignes en ayant un regard « pilote d’exploitation »

• Maitriser la gestion de projet en mode Agile pour accompagner les clusters et pôles dans la production de leurs livrables

• Maintien en fonctionnement du référentiel des consignes et support des utilisateurs

• Acquérir les compétences et connaissances du contexte (outils, process …) autour du pilotage d’exploitation

• Prendre des éléments de backlog qui a été formalisée dans le planificateur et les mettre en œuvre

• Rendre compte des difficultés rencontrées et proposer des solutions pour les résoudre

• Réaliser des présentations et des démos pour faire connaitre les outils au sein du groupe

Qualifications

Connaissances et compétences nécessaires :

• Contexte technique d’un support N1 de pilotage d’exploitation (Vue « pilote ») au sein d’une production informatique.

• Les outils d’Hypervision et supervision (Zabbix, BMCAO, …) et Notions essentielles sur les technos sous-jacentes d’une prod info (Techno mainframe, Cyber, open, infra applicative …)

• Pratiques ITIL

• Connaissance POWERBI

• Maitrise de la CMDB/ITSM (servicenow)

• Pratiques :

1. Rédaction de procédures

2. Gestion de projet

• Analyse qualité des données, d’incident et apport de solution et gout de l’investigation

• Bon communicant

• Rigueur, bon rédacteur et correcteur
