Description du poste

🔧 Vos missions principales

  • Gestion de la relation commerciale ( Saisie de résultat de commerciaux, de compte-rendu d'entretien )
  • Gestion des échanges commerciaux
  • Gestion des tâches commerciales
  • Pilotage de la relation commerciale (Gestion des objectifs des objectifs commerciaux, des portefeuilles clients)

Qualifications

Profil recherché 👤:

• Animer les cérémonies Scrum

• Adapter les pratiques agiles au contexte de l’équipe et de l’organisation

• Accompagner l’équipe vers l’auto-organisation et la responsabilisation

• Développer l'intelligence collective en favorisant la collaboration, la communication et la confiance au sein de l’équipe

• Identifier et lever les obstacles impactant la performance de l’équipe

• Soutenir l’amélioration continue via des actions issues des rétrospectives

Accompagner le Product Owner sur :

• Sensibiliser les parties prenantes aux principes agiles

• Suivre et analyser les indicateurs agiles (vélocité, flux, engagement, qualité)

• Aider l’équipe à améliorer :

  • la qualité des livrables
  • la prédictibilité
  • le time-to-market

• Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques techniques et de qualité

• Etre en support de l'équipe en coordonnant des sujets techniques transverses.

Lieu de la mission :

Limonest / Champagne au mont d’or.
