Description du poste

Missions :

En coordination avec les autres membres de l’équipe, contribuer aux activités en mode RUN pour nos différents clients :

  • Assurer les contrôles de bon fonctionnement (morning check quotidien), astreinte en HNO, supervision des services
  • Traiter les incidents et les demandes de service
  • Réaliser les diagnostics pour identifier les causes de dysfonctionnement
  • Proposer des corrections et des solutions de contournement (incidents de niveau 2 et 3)
  • Assurer l’exploitation des composants techniques
  • Contribuer aux activités de déploiement / migration confiées à l’équipe.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme Bac +2 minimum en informatique, télécoms ou domaine équivalent
  • Première expérience en support technique (IT ou télécoms)
  • Connaissances de la ToIP Cisco, notamment CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager)
  • Notions ou première expérience sur une solution d’enregistrement et de supervision des communications (NICE)
  • Profil junior, avec une volonté forte de monter en compétences sur des solutions de téléphonie d’entreprise
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des incidents liés aux environnements voix et applications
  • À l’aise avec les environnements techniques et les outils de support
