Nous recherchons un(e) Commercial(e) junior pour le compte d’un client officiant dans la vente de guichets automatiques et de solutions monétiques bancaires, idéalement tournés vers le marché bancaire.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Sous la supervision du Responsable Commercial, le(la) Commercial(e) Junior aura pour missions :

  • Prospection et développement du portefeuille clients
  • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients, principalement des établissements bancaires.
  • Mettre en place une stratégie de prospection efficace (téléphone, e-mailing, rendez-vous physiques).
  • Qualifier les besoins des prospects et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Vente et négociation commerciale
  • Présenter l’offre de l’entreprise et ses avantages concurrentiels.
  • Réaliser des démonstrations et argumenter auprès des décideurs (directeurs financiers, responsables IT, etc.).
  • Élaborer des propositions commerciales et assurer la négociation jusqu’à la conclusion de la vente.
  • Suivre les objectifs de ventes fixés et mettre en place des actions correctives si nécessaire.
  • Suivi et fidélisation des clients
  • Assurer un suivi régulier des clients pour garantir leur satisfaction et anticiper leurs besoins.
  • Maintenir une relation de confiance avec les banques et autres institutions financières.
  • Mettre à jour et enrichir la base de données clients.
  • Veille et reporting
  • Suivre les tendances du marché et les évolutions technologiques des guichets automatiques.
  • Assurer une veille concurrentielle et remonter les informations pertinentes.
  • Rédiger des reportings réguliers à la hiérarchie (état des ventes, performances, opportunités…).

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Formation : Bac+2 minimum en Commerce, Marketing, Banques & Assurances

Expérience : 1 à 2 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire (idéalement dans le secteur bancaire ou en B2B).

COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES

  • Maîtrise des techniques de vente et de négociation.
  • Bonne connaissance du secteur bancaire et des solutions de paiement (un atout).
  • Excellente maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Capacité à réaliser des reportings clairs et précis.

  • Dynamisme, autonomie et persévérance.
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à convaincre.
  • Esprit d’initiative et sens du service client.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à atteindre des objectifs ambitieux.

CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

  • Poste basé à Cotonou.
  • Déplacements possibles pour rencontrer les clients.
  • Rémunération fixe uniquement
