PRINCIPALES ACTIVITES :

En tant que Business Developer, vous serez en charge de:

  • Monitoring de la performance du réseau de distribution Grand Public
  • Être très présent sur le terrain pour animer et vendre les produits (SIM, EVC ; Momo, Mobile, Broadband Fixe)
  • Contribution au plan marketing opérationnel réseau de distribution : animation ; formation ; pilotage
  • Assurer la fidélisation des distributeurs en coordination avec les acteurs du réseau de distribution
  • Assurer la veille concurrentielle au niveau du réseau de distribution Grand Public
  • Assurer un bon maillage du réseau agents sur l’ensemble de sa zone
  • Piloter la force de vente pour la réalisation de tous les KPIs de sa zone
  • Pilotage des équipes du partenaire pour l’atteinte des objectifs via les revues d’affaires mensuelles
  • Participation active à toutes les actions prioritaires DAICT
  • Piloter le business, les parts de marché de sa zone afin de garantir le développement de notre parc et chiffre d’affaires
  • Assurer le fonctionnement optimal des Franchise et boutiques partenaires de sa zone
  • Veiller à la visibilité de la marque dans les points de vente de la zone
  • Piloter la disponibilité des produits par une meilleure maîtrise des taux de rupture
  • Animer les partenaires PMS, Kiosques et Full services à travers des forums semestriels
  • Exploiter systématiquement les données Geosales et proposer des actions correctives : recrutement de clients, recrutement de points de vente SIM, EVC ;
  • Contrôler toutes les activités de la zone et alerter au besoin
  • Mobiliser en permanence les équipes vente Franchises, terrain et indirecte sur les priorités business définies
  • Fournir un reporting et une analyse hebdomadaire des activités

FORMATION :

Bac +2 /3 Commerce, Marketing, Gestion ou Management

EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE :

Deux ans au moins dans la vente, distribution ou animation commerciale

COMPETENCES REQUISES :
