Mission du poste

Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Générale, l'Assistante en Hôtellerie et Tourisme est chargée de la gestion de l’accueil et assiste les membres du bureau dans l’exécution de leurs tâches administratives et de communication. Elle contribue également à l’image de marque de l’entreprise à travers la gestion des interactions avec les clients et partenaires.

RESPONSABILITES DU POSTE

  • Gestion des réunions et de l’agenda : Préparer les réunions, organiser l’agenda des rendez-vous, et assurer le suivi des actions.
  • Animation des réseaux sociaux : Créer et publier du contenu engageant sur Instagram, LinkedIn, et Facebook, en lien avec la stratégie de communication de l'entreprise.
  • Recherche de prestataires : Identifier et sélectionner des prestataires et fournisseurs en fonction des besoins opérationnels.
  • Accueil et réception : Assurer un accueil professionnel des visiteurs et répondre aux appels de manière courtoise et efficace.
  • Assistance à la Directrice Générale : Fournir un support administratif dans la gestion quotidienne, y compris la préparation de documents et la coordination de projets spécifiques.
  • Gestion des locaux : Veiller à la propreté et à l’ordre du bureau, tout en s'assurant d'un environnement de travail agréable.
  • Initiatives et tâches diverses : Proposer des initiatives pour améliorer les processus et effectuer d'autres tâches à la demande du supérieur.

  • Esprit d’équipe : Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec d'autres membres de l'équipe et à s'adapter à un environnement en constante évolution.

DIPLÔME REQUIS

Licence (BAC+3) en Hôtellerie, Restauration et Tourisme,

AUTRES EXIGENCES

  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Aisance avec les plateformes de réseaux sociaux.
  • Connaissance d’une langue étrangère (ex. anglais ou autre) serait un atout.
  • Expérience souhaitée en gestion de l'accueil et en animation de réseaux sociaux.
