The posting

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, le/la Responsable Achats aura pour mission d’assurer l’approvisionnement optimal des matières premières et des équipements, tout en garantissant le respect des procédures douanières et logistiques en vigueur au Bénin.

  • Gestion des achats & approvisionnement
  • Identifier et sélectionner les fournisseurs locaux et internationaux en fonction des besoins de production.
  • Négocier les conditions d’achats (prix, délais, qualité) en veillant à l’optimisation des coûts.
  • Suivre les commandes et s’assurer du respect des engagements contractuels des fournisseurs.
  • Suivi logistique & transit
  • Superviser le processus d’importation des matières premières et équipements.
  • Assurer le respect des procédures de transit et de dédouanement en collaboration avec les autorités compétentes.
  • Gérer les dossiers liés aux Attestations de Vérification Documentaire (AVD) et travailler avec Bénin Control pour la conformité douanière.
  • Gestion des stocks & relations fournisseurs
  • Travailler en coordination avec les équipes de production pour anticiper les besoins en matières premières.
  • Établir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs et évaluer leur performance.
  • Mettre en place des outils de suivi et reporting des achats et stocks.
  • Optimisation & amélioration continue
  • Identifier des axes d’amélioration en matière de gestion des achats et proposer des solutions innovantes.
  • Participer à la mise en place des standards du secteur et des bonnes pratiques d’achats.

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+3/4 en Achats, Logistique, Supply Chain, Commerce International ou équivalent.
  • Trois ans minimum d’expérience en gestion des achats, logistique ou transit (pas nécessairement dans le secteur agroalimentaire).
  • Bonne connaissance des circuits de transit, dédouanement et réglementation AVD au Bénin.
  • Forte capacité d’adaptation et approche solution-oriented.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle et à travailler sous pression.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et logiciels de gestion des achats (ERP serait un plus).
  • Anglais professionnel requis pour la communication avec les fournisseurs étrangers.
