Position : Bras Droit du CEO ​/ PMO

Secteur : Logistique industrielle

Localisation : Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire) Afrique de l’Ouest ​

Missions et Responsabilités :

1. Structuration du Projet :

Définir et organiser les différentes phases du projet de développement de l’entreprise. ​

Collaborer avec le CEO pour établir une feuille de route claire et des objectifs à court et long terme. ​

2. Analyse des Opportunités de Marché :

Mener des études de marché pour identifier les nouvelles opportunités et les besoins des clients dans le secteur de la logistique industrielle. ​

Évaluer les tendances du marché et proposer des actions adaptées. ​

3. Veille Concurrentielle :

Effectuer une veille régulière sur les concurrents et le secteur logistique en Afrique de l’Ouest. ​

Analyser les forces et faiblesses des concurrents pour ajuster la stratégie de l’entreprise. ​

4. Rédaction d’un Plan Stratégique sur 5 Ans :

Élaborer un plan stratégique détaillé, incluant des objectifs, des indicateurs de performance et des actions à mettre en œuvre. ​

Assurer le suivi et l’actualisation régulière de ce plan en fonction des évolutions du marché. ​

5. Mise en Place de Tableaux de Bord :

Créer et gérer des tableaux de bord pour le suivi des différents projets et de l’activité de la société. ​

Analyser les résultats et informer le CEO des performances et des axes d'amélioration. ​

Préparer des rapports, des présentations et des analyses pour aider le CEO dans ses prises de décision. ​

6. Participation aux Comités de Direction :

Assister à toutes les réunions de comités de direction pour présenter des synthèses d’actions et des recommandations basées sur les analyses réalisées. ​

Contribuer à la prise de décision en fournissant des informations pertinentes et des insights stratégiques. ​

Superviser et coordonner les opérations internes pour assurer l'efficacité et l'alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques. ​

7. Fusion et Acquisition :

Aider à l'identification et à l'évaluation des opportunités de fusion et acquisition dans le secteur logistique. ​

Participer à la modélisation financière et à l’analyse des impacts stratégiques des transactions potentielles. ​

Profil Recherché :

Diplômes et Expériences :

Diplôme en gestion, commerce, logistique ou domaine connexe. ​

Expérience préalable dans un rôle de direction ou de coordination, idéalement dans le secteur de la logistique. ​

Compétences Techniques :

Connaissances en fusion-acquisition, modélisation et analyse financière. ​

Excellentes compétences analytiques et stratégiques. ​

Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et des logiciels de création de tableaux de bord. ​

Compétences Personnelles :

Proactivité et sens de l’initiative. ​

Rigueur et organisation.

Esprit d’équipe et capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés. ​

Flexibilité et capacité d’adaptation dans un environnement dynamique. ​

Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation. ​
