Die Agentur für Markenführung von Familienunternehmen, DES WAHNSINNS FETTE BEUTE mit Standorten in Attendorn und Düsseldorf, schafft Wettbewerbsvorsprung über die Leistungsfelder Brand Identity, Brand Experience und Brand Activation.

Als Account Director (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die strategische Gesamtverantwortung für ein Portfolio unserer Key Accounts. Du entwickelst Kundenbeziehungen langfristig weiter, führst interdisziplinäre Teams und sorgst dafür, dass Strategie, Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Wachstum Hand in Hand gehen. Dabei bist Du zentraler Sparringspartner für unsere Kunden und die Schnittstelle zwischen operativer Kundenführung und strategischer Leitung.

  • Du verantwortest deine Accounts ganzheitlich - von der strategischen Ausrichtung über Qualität und Umsetzung bis hin zu Wirtschaftlichkeit und Wachstum
  • Du entwickelst Account- und Jahrespläne und steuerst komplexe Kundenprogramme
  • Du führst interdisziplinäre Teams fachlich, coachst deine Projektteams und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du priorisierst Themen und steuerst Ressourcen und Kapazitäten innerhalb deiner Accounts
  • Du verantwortest Forecasts, Budgets, Margen und die Profitabilität deiner Accounts
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen strategisch weiter und identifizierst Potentiale für Up- und Cross-Selling sowie Neugeschäft
  • Du agierst als Trusted Advisor und souveränder Sparringpartner für unsere Kunden auf Management- und C-Level
  • Du steuerst Stakeholder und Eskalationen proaktiv und mit Blick auf eine langfristige, erfolgreiche Kundenbeziehung
  • Du verantwortest Pitches, Angebote und Account-Reviews und entwickelst unsere Beratungsstandards kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Client Service Director bei Forecasts, Kapazitäten und strategischen Initiativen zusammen
  • Du nutzt KI gezielt für Accountanalysen, Executive Summaries, Forecasts, Opportunity-Analysen und die Angebotsentwicklung

Deine Qualifikation

  • Du bringst idealerweise 7-10 Jahre Erfahrung im Agentur- und /oder Beratungsumfeld mit
  • Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Verantwortung für Key Accounts und interdisziplinäre Teams übernommen
  • Du verfügst über ein fundiertes Marken-, Digital-, Kommunikations- und Businessverständnis
  • Du bringst ausgeprägte Methodenkompetenz in Strategie, Beratung, Transformation und Customer Experience mit
  • Du bewegst dich sicher in der strategischen Kundenberatung und kommunizierst souverän auf Management- und C-Level
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch und strategisch und hast Wirtschaftlichkeit, Wachstum und Profitabilität gleichermaßen im Blick
  • Du bringst Führungsstärke mit, übernimmst Verantwortung und verstehst es, Teams zu entwickeln und zu inspirieren
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, verbindlich und entscheidungsstark und behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick
  • Du überzeugst durch Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und ein souveränes Auftreten
  • Du setzt digitale und KI-gestützte Tools selbstverständlich ein und erkennst deren Potential für Beratung, Kundenentwicklung und effiziente Prozesse
