Para nuestro cliente, prestigioso estudio de ABOGADOS, ubicado en sector Oriente de Santiago, buscamos ANALISTA CONTABLE:

Objetivo del Cargo:

Asegurar la exactitud, eficiencia y cumplimiento de los procesos contables y financieros de la firma. Adicionalmente, será responsable de la correcta y oportuna gestión del procesamiento de remuneraciones a través de BUK y la administración de los beneficios monetarios.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  1. Control Contable:

-Validación de Registros Financieros: llevar los libros contables y registrar todas las transacciones financieras de la firma de manera precisa y organizada. Asegurar la correcta y sistemática conciliación bancaria, eliminando la duplicidad y manualidad actuales en el proceso, que actualmente se realiza en Excel.

-Revisión de Informes Financieros: Preparar, Revisar y asegurar la correcta elaboración de estados financieros fundamentales (balances, estados de resultados y flujos de efectivo). Velar por que estos informes sean comparables, validados y que el plan de cuentas del Estado de Resultados (EERR) sea apropiado para un estudio jurídico, distinguiendo claramente los costos de explotación, gastos de administración e ítems de socios.

· Cumplimiento Fiscal: cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales, incluyendo el cálculo de impuestos (F29, F50) y la presentación de declaraciones juradas e impuesto anual. Asesorar, en coordinación con la GAF, sobre la eficiencia tributaria en decisiones como retiros de utilidades y pago de bonos.

· Mejora de Procesos y Sistemas Contables: Proponer y supervisar mejoras en la integración de los sistemas contables (Softland) con otras herramientas de gestión como TimeBilling, idealmente a través de APIs, trabajando para optimizar la automatización y reducir tareas manuales.

2. Procesamiento y Gestión de Remuneraciones y Beneficios (BUK):

· Procesamiento de Nómina: Procesar de forma mensual y oportuna la nómina de remuneraciones de todos los colaboradores de la firma en el sistema BUK, asegurando el pago de sueldos en UF.

· Gestión de Bonos y Ajustes Salariales: Asegurar la correcta aplicación de los ajustes salariales (realizados anualmente en marzo) y el cálculo de bonos anuales de desempeño (pagados en enero), de acuerdo con los criterios y lineamientos establecidos por la GAF y los socios.

· Administración de Beneficios Asociados a Remuneraciones: Gestionar el registro y pago de aguinaldos (especialmente para el equipo administrativo), y cualquier otro beneficio monetario o en tiempo (como días de vacaciones adicionales) que deba ser administrado a través de BUK, asegurando su correcta imputación.

· Cumplimiento Legal y Normativo: Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones legales y normativas relacionadas con el pago de remuneraciones, imposiciones previsionales y de salud, y otros descuentos legales.

Requisitos

Requisitos y Habilidades:

· Experiencia demostrable en auditoría contable, gestión de remuneraciones y manejo de sistemas ERP (preferentemente Softland y BUK) y TimeBilling.

· Conocimiento profundo de la normativa contable y fiscal chilena, así como de la legislación laboral y de seguridad social.

· Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle para la revisión de cifras y procesos.

· Habilidades de comunicación efectiva para interactuar con la GAF y el equipo.

· Proactividad, autonomía y capacidad para identificar y proponer mejoras en los procesos
