En Finden Talent, buscamos al mejor analista contable para importante Colegio del sector oriente de Santiago, ubicado en Providencia.

Objetivo del cargo:

- Asegurar la exactitud, integridad y oportunidad de la información financiera y contable de la institución, mediante el registro preciso de transacciones, el análisis profundo de cuentas y el estricto cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y normativas vigentes.

Su propósito es garantizar que la contabilidad refleje la realidad económica del colegio (colegiaturas, gastos y subvenciones) para facilitar la toma de decisiones y auditorías externas.

Funciones principales:

1 Contabilización Integral: Registrar y controlar las transacciones de ingresos y egresos.

2 Análisis de Cuentas: Realizar análisis detallados de cuentas de balance, resultados, ingresos y egresos, estados de resultados.

3 Conciliaciones Bancarias: Ejecutar conciliaciones y cuadraturas mensuales de cuentas bancarias y contables.

4 Elaboración de Reportes: Apoyar en la confección de informes de gestión, estados financieros intermedios y declaraciones juradas. Así como también automatización de reportes y procesos.

5 Cumplimiento Fiscal: Apoyar declaraciones de impuestos (IVA, Renta) y Declaraciones Juradas según plazos legales.

6 Gestión Documental: Organizar y mantener la documentación de respaldo de todos los registros contables físicos y digitales.

7 Evaluar sistemáticamente los indicadores clave mediante el análisis de reportes y alertas tempranas.

8 Apoyar la gestión de control de inventario físicos, equipamiento tecnológico e insumos operativos, realizando la cuadratura sistemática contra los registros contables y libros de activos

Requisitos

Deseable conocimientos y experiencia en:

- Magnitud Financiera: Supervisión técnica del presupuesto operativo del colegio y flujo de ingresos por colegiaturas.

- Volumen de Transacciones: Gestión de registros contables mensuales para una dotación de ~400 personas y ~2.000 alumnos.

- Alcance: Cumplimiento tributario anual y Declaraciones Juradas (Operación Renta, IVA mensual)
