Líder de Datos y Evaluación

Propósito del Cargo

Este cargo reporta directamente a la Directora Ejecutiva de la Fundación en Chile y cumple un rol transversal, trabajando con todo el equipo. Su propósito es liderar el sistema institucional de datos, evaluación e inteligencia, asegurando calidad, coherencia y trazabilidad de la información para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Se trata de un rol estratégico–gestor, con especial énfasis en análisis, reportería, seguimiento de indicadores y evaluación.

No trabaja directamente en terreno: su aporte se da desde la gestión interna, fortaleciendo procesos, instalando capacidades y promoviendo un uso responsable y colaborativo de la información en toda la organización.

Principales Responsabilidades

1. Reportería Ejecutiva, Análisis y Apoyo Estratégico

- Elaborar informes ejecutivos, presentaciones de resultados y análisis para la dirección, equipos internos y aliados externos.

- Comunicar hallazgos de forma clara y comprensible.

- Redactar reportes con foco estratégico que orienten decisiones y priorización.

2. Gestión de KPI, Dashboards y Seguimiento Operacional

- Diseñar, actualizar y mantener dashboards en herramientas como Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau o similares.

- Asegurar calidad, consistencia y actualización periódica de los datos.

- Definir y revisar KPI junto a los equipos, monitoreando su evolución y proponiendo mejoras acordes a las necesidades estratégicas.

- Generar visualizaciones claras que faciliten la comprensión del desempeño institucional.

3. Evaluación y Sistematización

- Diseñar y ejecutar evaluaciones internas de procesos, implementación o resultados.

- Sistematizar información cualitativa y cuantitativa para generar aprendizajes y toma de decisiones.

- Integrar evidencia pedagógica, operativa y de resultados en informes claros que faciliten decisiones oportunas y fundamentadas.

4. Uso de Tecnología y Herramientas de Análisis

- Utilizar herramientas de análisis, procesamiento y visualización de información de manera competente.

- Automatizar reportes y procesos y proponer mejoras tecnológicas que optimicen procesos internos.

- Velar por el uso ético y seguro de la información.

5. Articulación Interna, Cultura de Datos y Soporte Tecnológico

- Trabajar transversalmente con equipos de proyectos, administración y dirección.

- Formar a los equipos en lectura de datos, interpretación de KPI y uso de dashboards.

- Acompañar procesos de toma de decisiones basadas en evidencia, fortaleciendo capacidades internas.

- Ser la contraparte técnica del área de soporte técnico externo, gestionando requerimientos, priorizaciones, incidencias y mejoras relacionadas con sistemas, plataformas y herramientas.

- Liderar, junto a los equipos, procesos de exploración, pilotaje e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas.

Formación

Se valoran estudios en diversas áreas, como Ingenierías, Sociología, Psicología Educacional, Ciencias Sociales u otras carreras afines, siempre que aporten capacidades analíticas y de gestión, siendo especialmente relevante contar con especialización en ciencia de datos, analítica y gestión de información.

Experiencia Deseable

- Experiencia en análisis de datos, reportería y monitoreo de la información.

- Elaboración de informes ejecutivos y documentos estratégicos.

- Manejo de plataformas de visualización de datos (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau o similares).

- Diseño, monitoreo y evaluación de KPI operativos y estratégicos.

- Gestión de proyectos o coordinación con equipos multidisciplinarios.
