Descripción del puesto

El Encargado de Contabilidad supervisa todas las operaciones contables. Este profesional es responsable de garantizar la precisión de los registros financieros, preparar informes financieros y mantener los sistemas de contabilidad actualizados. Este puesto requiere de un alto nivel de atención al detalle, habilidades organizativas y un profundo conocimiento de las prácticas contables.

Misión u Objetivo General del Cargo

Responsable de supervisar, ejecutar y asegurar el correcto registro contable de las operaciones de la empresa,

garantizando el cumplimiento de las normas IFRS, normativa tributaria chilena y regulaciones aplicables, especialmente en operaciones de comercio exterior, producción industrial y control de costos.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

Contabilidad General

- Supervisar y ejecutar el registro contable completo (ingresos, egresos, provisiones, activos, pasivos).

- Preparar y analizar estados financieros mensuales bajo IFRS.

- Controlar conciliaciones bancarias y cuentas contables.

- Administrar el proceso de cierre contable mensual y anual.

- Control y registro de activos fijos

- Registro de contrato y operaciones financieras tales como: Prestamos, Leasing, Leasback y Confirming

- Control y conciliación de cuentas con empresas relacionadas y coligadas.

Costos y Producción

- Controlar y analizar costos de producción (materias primas, mano de obra, costos indirectos).

- Participar en la valorización de inventarios y productos terminados.

- Apoyar en la determinación de márgenes por producto y línea de negocio.

Comercio Exterior

- Registrar y controlar operaciones de importación (costos CIF, aranceles, IVA importación).

- Coordinar con áreas de logística y abastecimiento para asegurar correcta contabilización.

- Manejar cuentas relacionadas a proveedores internacionales.

Cumplimiento Tributario

- Preparar y revisar declaraciones de impuestos mensuales y anuales (IVA, Renta).

- Asegurar cumplimiento con normativas del Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII).

- Coordinar auditorías externas y fiscalizaciones.

Control Interno y Reportes

- Implementar y mejorar controles internos contables.

- Generar reportes financieros para gerencia.

- Apoyar en presupuestos y proyecciones financieras.

Formación Académica:

- Contador Auditor, o Contador Público

Experiencia

- Mínimo 5 años en contabilidad.

- Experiencia en empresas productivas o industriales (ideal fertilizantes o agroindustria).

- Experiencia en comercio exterior (importaciones/exportaciones).

- Experiencia trabajando bajo IFRS

Conocimientos Técnicos

- Normas IFRS (excluyente).

- Legislación tributaria chilena.

- Contabilidad de costos.

- Manejo de inventarios y valorización.

- Procesos de importación (aduanas, costos asociados).

- Manejo de ERP.

Competencias Claves

- Pensamiento analítico y orientación al detalle.

- Organización y planificación.- Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión (cierres contables).

- Proactividad en mejora de procesos.

- Comunicación efectiva con áreas operativas

- Deseable experiencia de liderazgo

Horario: de 9 a 17 horas
