Para nuestro cliente, gran empresa del rubro Alimenticio ubicada en Qulicura, Región Metropolitana, buscamos al mejor Subgerente de Finanzas y Control de Gestión:

Propósito del Cargo

Liderar la función financiera de la empresa, asegurando la planificación, control y proyección de los recursos económicos para apoyar el crecimiento sostenido del negocio. El Subgerente de Finanzas y Control de Gestión será responsable de integrar la visión estratégica con la gestión operativa, desarrollando herramientas de análisis, control presupuestario y planificación financiera que respalden las decisiones de la Gerencia General.

Dependencia

Reporta directamente al Gerente General.

Equipo a Cargo

Sin personal directo a cargo. Colabora de manera transversal con las áreas de Administración, Contabilidad y Operaciones.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Planificación Financiera
  • Elaborar proyecciones financieras, presupuestos y escenarios de crecimiento alineados con la estrategia de la empresa.
  • Diseñar modelos de planificación y análisis de rentabilidad por línea de negocio.
  • Participar en el desarrollo de estrategias de inversión, financiamiento y expansión.
  • Control de Gestión
  • Desarrollar y mantener reportes de gestión financiera y operativa (ventas, márgenes, costos, gastos, EBITDA, etc.).
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de presupuestos y analizar desviaciones, proponiendo medidas correctivas.
  • Implementar indicadores clave (KPIs) que permitan medir el desempeño financiero y operativo.
  • Gestión Operativa Financiera
  • Controlar el flujo de caja, los pagos, cobranzas y la correcta asignación de gastos e ingresos.
  • Coordinar con el área de administración y contabilidad el cumplimiento de obligaciones financieras, tributarias y legales.
  • Asegurar la calidad y oportunidad de la información contable y financiera.
  • Relación con Inversionistas y Fuentes de Financiamiento
  • Preparar reportes financieros, presentaciones y proyecciones para inversionistas, bancos y otros stakeholders.
  • Apoyar en procesos de levantamiento de capital y búsqueda de financiamiento para el crecimiento de la empresa.
  • Desarrollo y Mejora Continua
  • Proponer e implementar herramientas y procesos que mejoren la gestión financiera de la organización.
  • Establecer buenas prácticas de control interno y eficiencia en el uso de recursos.
