Ejecutivo de Ventas Inmobiliario

Reporta a: Gerente Comercial

Objetivo General: Promover y comercializar eficazmente proyectos inmobiliarios de la

empresa, proporcionando asesoría personalizada y asegurando un proceso

de venta proactivo y organizado para alcanzar las metas establecidas.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales

• Gestión de Clientes: Atender a clientes potenciales en salas de venta, vía telefónica y

medios digitales, brindando asesoría personalizada sobre las características y beneficios

de las viviendas.

• Informar a los clientes: Disponibilidad de viviendas, tipos de modelos, precios y fechas

de entrega.

• Características de la vivienda, superficie construida y del terreno, especificaciones

técnicas, Áreas Verdes del proyecto e informar de los servicios cercanos.

• Documentación requerida para la compra de la vivienda en todos los casos.

• Alternativas de Financiamiento para la compra de la vivienda.

• Los avances del proceso de construcción.

• Orientar a los clientes para la Postulación del Subsidio Habitacional, solicitar la

documentación requerida a éstos, explicarles los requisitos, y gestionar la aprobación de

dicho subsidio ante la institución respectiva.

• Velar por el cuidado y aseo de Sala de Ventas, casa Piloto y Áreas Verdes.

• Prospección y Seguimiento: Realizar un seguimiento continuo a los clientes para

fomentar el cierre de ventas (manejo de planok indispensable).

• Cierre de Ventas: Coordinar y gestionar la firma de documentos clave como reservas y

promesas de compraventa, asegurando el cumplimiento de los términos del contrato.

• Reportes y Administración: Mantener actualizada la información de clientes y

operaciones en el sistema (CRM), y generar reportes de avance comercial, Seguimiento

diario de clientes.

Requisitos

Requisitos y Competencias

• Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia comprobable en ventas,

preferentemente en el rubro inmobiliario (venta de departamentos, “casas”).

• Formación: Título profesional o técnico en áreas como ventas, administración, corretaje

de propiedades.

• Conocimientos Técnicos:

o Conocimiento del mercado inmobiliario y sus procesos de compraventa.

o Planok indispensable

o Habilidades de negociación y cierre de negocios.

• Competencias Blandas:

o Orientación al cliente y excelente servicio.

o Proactividad, orden y organización.

o Capacidad de comunicación efectiva y redacción.

o Enfoque en resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo metas.

Comisiones atractivas

Beneficios

• Disponibilidad Inmediata.

• Remuneración: Sueldo mínimo más comisiones por ventas atractivas

• Recomendaciones: Comprobables en el rubro y no inferior a 6 meses.

Estas son las condiciones:

  • Remuneración: $650.000 líquidos.
  • Variable: UF 1,7 contra reserva de la unidad, UF 1,0 contra la escrituración de la unidad y UF 1,0 DS19
  • Seguro Complementario de Salud Bice Vida, con un 75 % de cobertura por parte de la empresa.
  • Horario de trabajo: lunes a sábado de 10:00 a 18:00 horas.
