Buscamos una Fashion Consultant con experiencia en ventas presenciales, idealmente en retail premium, marcas de lujo, joyerías o relojerías. La posición requiere una persona comercial, relacional y muy orientada al servicio, capaz de desarrollar una venta consultiva y estratégica de productos exclusivos y de alto valor.

OBJETIVO DEL CARGO

Entregar una experiencia de compra personalizada y de excelencia, asesorando al cliente durante todo el proceso de venta y desarrollando relaciones comerciales de largo plazo. La Fashion Consultant será responsable de la atención en tienda, el seguimiento posterior y la fidelización de clientes, representando los estándares de servicio, imagen y sofisticación de una marca de lujo.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES

  • Atender y asesorar a clientes en tienda, entregando una experiencia personalizada, cercana y de alto nivel.
  • Realizar una venta consultiva y estratégica, identificando las necesidades, preferencias, estilo y ocasión de compra de cada cliente.
  • Gestionar la venta de productos de alta gama y alto valor, comunicando con claridad sus atributos, exclusividad, materiales y características.
  • Utilizar correctamente los sistemas de punto de venta para registrar las transacciones, administrar los contactos y mantener actualizado el historial y la información relevante de cada cliente.
  • Realizar seguimiento comercial después de visitas y compras, manteniendo una relación activa y personalizada con los clientes.
  • Contactar proactivamente a clientes para informarles sobre nuevos productos, colecciones, lanzamientos, eventos y disponibilidad de artículos.
  • Fidelizar y desarrollar una cartera de clientes, generando nuevas oportunidades de venta y relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.
  • Cumplir las metas comerciales individuales.
  • Velar por el orden y cuidado de la mercadería, tanto en exhibición como en bodega.
  • Realizar tomas de inventario cíclicas semanales y reportar oportunamente cualquier diferencia detectada.
  • Identificar y proponer oportunidades comerciales que contribuyan a mejorar la rotación del inventario.

Requisitos

REQUISITOS

  • Inglés mínimo nivel B1, con capacidad para comprender, atender y mantener conversaciones comerciales con clientes extranjeros.
  • No es requisito contar con estudios superiores. Se valorará positivamente formación técnica o profesional.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en tienda y en jornada de retail.

  • Jornada de trabajo de lunes a viernes de 9:30 a 7 pm. Sábado: 10:00 a 2:00 pm, este día se compensa con una tarde libre durante la semana (lunes a viernes)
